Banana Fibre is the Fibre extracted from the trunk of Banana tree which is considered as a waste. Banana Fibre is Eco friendly and Chemical free. It is grease proof, water and fire resistant and totally bio-degradable.

Banana Fibre is widely used in the manufacture of handicrafts, home decorative items, home furnishing items and paper. The paper made out of Banana Fibre has very good export potential.

The manual (or) semi mechanical extraction of Banana Fibre was tedious, time consuming, and caused damage to the fibre.

So, after intensive study and research our company MERCUREE is introducing a simple, low cost, user friendly machine for extracting Banana Fibre mechanically from Banana Pseudo Stems, Leaf Stalks and Flower stalks.
